Can I cancel my hosted license at any time?
Yes. Although we would hate to see you go, you can cancel your account from your Paypal account.
How long are your contracts?
All hosted licenses are month to month.
Do you offer any discounted plans?
Yes, we offer a 10% discount on an annual and a 20% discount on a biennial hosted licenses, when they are paid upfront. Please contact us if you would like to take advantage of these discounts.
Can I change my hosted license later on?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your hosted license at any time.
Can I change or get a refund for my owned license?
No. Because we provide the full source code, we do not offer refunds for owned licenses.
How does the free month work?
When you order, you’ll need to enter your billing information, but you won’t be billed until the start of your second month.
If you cancel during your first month, you will never be billed.
Can I use my own domain name with a hosted license?
Yes. When you purchase a hosted license, we contact you to find out what domain name you want to use.
You can use any existing domain name that you own. We also provide a free photographyorder.com subdomain if you prefer.
