Support Policy
We’re committed to supporting our product, and we also endeavor to make our products as cheap as possible. We don’t want to charge people for support they’re not going to use, and we don’t want anyone to have an unusable product because we’re not making enough money to cover our costs. This is how we fulfill these goals:
- We offer free general support at our customer satisfaction board.
- We offer an incident ticket system for specific support requests. These could be modifications, or answers to specific questions about your install
Customer Satisfaction Board
We have support forums at http://www.getsatisfaction.com/photography_orders.
The forums are the best spot for general questions like “How do I set a gallery to use a different price list?”
We request that you search the forums for existing answers to your question before asking a question.
Incident Tickets
For guaranteed support, or for support that requires our intervention, you will need to purchase an incident ticket. Incident tickets are $40. If you purchase an incident ticket and we can’t fix your problem or the problem is caused by a bug in the software, we will refund you.

Please order an incident ticket prior to contacting support. Incident tickets are fully refundable if we can’t fix your problem or if the problem is a bug in the software.

Once you have purchased an incident ticket, send an email with your problem and the Paypal receipt number to support@photographyorders.com and we will fix your problem. If we can’t fix your problem we will refund you.
Emails to support@photographyorders.com that do not have a Paypal receipt number will NOT be answered.
- Note: An incident is a specific problem: people with multiple problems may be required to purchase multiple tickets

Photography Orders is provided as is. Use at your own risk. We take no responsibility for any damage caused by using this software.
We will not issue a refund for any reason.
