What does Photography Orders do?
Photography Orders allows you, the photographer, to upload photos to an online gallery.
Clients can then login to that gallery, look through the photos, decide which ones they want, and order them online. Read about the features.
How easy is it to use Photography Orders?
As a photographer, it takes 6 mouse clicks to add a new client to the system, create a gallery, and upload your photos. Your photos are automatically resized during the upload process.
With just 6 clicks, your gallery can be ready for clients to login and buy.
The process is very easy for clients as well. It takes only 5 clicks for your customers to login, navigate to a photo they want, and add it to their cart.

Is Photography Orders suitable for portrait and wedding photographers?
Yes. Portrait and wedding photographers can create private galleries where clients can login, view, and purchase photos.
Is Photography Orders suitable for event photographers?
Yes. Event photographers can use public galleries to allow anybody to view and purchase their photos without needing a password.
How do I upload photos?
You can upload multiple photos at once, and the photos are automatically resized to the optimum size for display on the web. For an example of how easy it is, take a look at the video above.
Do I need to resize or rotate photos before uploading them?
No. Photos are automatically resized before being uploaded, and photos can be rotated on the fly once they’re in a gallery.
The automatic resizing completely removes the need for any post production in Photoshop or any other image editor.
Can I have different prices for different types of photography?
Yes, you can have different price lists. For example – if you want a different price list for portrait photos than wedding photos.
When you’re setting up a gallery, you can select which price list it uses.
How can I charge for shipping?
There are a number of shipping options. You can charge a flat rate per order, a flat rate per item, a percentage of the order price, or a combination of any of the above.
What payment methods can I accept?
Photography Orders works with Paypal, Moneybookers, and Offline methods (cheque/money order/in person payment/direct deposit).

How is Photography Orders licensed?
You buy a license to Photography Orders for one domain outright. Even the hosted option (option 3), after 12 months, you can take the software with you to another web host.
How hard is it to install?
To install Photography Orders, you’ll need an understanding of how to use your web hosts control panel (to create and import a database) and how to upload files.
